RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

All items over $300 are considered FINAL SALE.

Items under $300 may be considered for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis and might be subject to a restocking fee. Return inquiries must be received within 10 days of receiving the item and the item must be shipped back unworn and in its original condition. 

Email info@madelinejewelry.com for inquiries, with your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Once the return/exchange is approved, I will provide a return shipping address. Once the returned item has been received, as long as it is in good condition, your account will be credited, minus shipping fees.
